Maybe it’s because I crave Indian food 2x a week, but Indian Food is so easy to make. The Indian Food Hype has increased ever since America fell in love with “Slumdog Millionaire” and all the ingredients to make a Curry in Hurry are readily available, you just have to look…
The two places that I trust for fresh and real Indian product are Fresh & Easy and Trader Joes. There are ready-made Indian Curry Sauces that are ready to go, all you need to do is add chicken. Add salt and extra spices if you need it to be stronger, that is what I do. I like to make the curries almost feel like I made them from scratch, even though I started with a ready-made base.
The Naan Bread comes in frozen packages and the Basmati Rice comes in little packages in the rice aisle. Make sure to cut up onions, preferably red onions, add salt and cumin to eat on the side. Do the same with corn if you feel like you need more meal items to mix in.
